Raidel started his journey with SGW by taking our weekly group classes. He was going consistently for over a year, and then decided to take it up a notch with our Personal Training. His goal was to Lose Weight and then focused on building muscle.

Anais is also an avid athlete who has mastered the art of balancing training, nutrition, and mental focus. Drawing from years of experience, Anais knows firsthand the importance of optimized nutrition. As a dedicated nutrition coach, Anais will work closely with you to design a customized meal plan that aligns with your fitness goals and supports your overall well-being.
The "Golden Method" was created to teach people how to balance their lifestyle and break-free from restrictive diets and endless cardio to see long lasting results.
